Article 13: Service Interruption and Changes
13.1 Our Right to Change Content
We reserve the right to change research topics, methodology, content format, etc.
13.2 Prior Notice Obligation
We will notify you by email 7 days in advance of any material changes.
13.3 Force Majeure Disclaimer
We will not be liable if we are unable to provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, government regulations, or internet outages.
Article 14: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 Applicable Law of the Republic of Korea
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be rgoverned by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.
14.3 Dispute Resolution Priority
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration between the parties prior to litigation.

15.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We may change these Terms and Conditions due to changes in relevant laws and regulations, changes in service policies, etc.

If we need to notify subscribers, we will send the notice to the email address provided upon subscription.
15.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
